Day 1

On arrival at Noi Bai International Airport. Rest of the day is free for you to explore Hanoi Town on your own.

Day 2

Transfer to Halong Bay - “Descending dragon” bay, a UNESCO World Heritage. Upon arrival check in hotel and free at leisure to relax or go shopping at local market/ shopping malls in Ha Long.

Day 3

Transfer to Ha Long pier and embark on sightseeing boats to cruise into Halong Bay and discover the thousands odd-shaped limestone rocks and karts grottoes such as Fighting Cocks islets, Incense Urn islet, Human head islet. Visit Heaven Palace Cave - one of most beautiful cave in Halong. Later you will be transferred back to Hanoi. The journey takes almost 4 hours. After reaching Hanoi, check-in at your hotel and relax for some time. Rest of the day is free for you at leisure on your own.

Day 4

Visit the Ho Chi Minh Complex with your private guide. Visit Ba Dinh Square, where silent sentries guard the marble and granite mausoleum where Ho Chi Minh lies in state. See the simple cottage where Uncle Ho lived and worked and visit the nearby Ho Chi Minh Museum – an extraordinary tribute to the life of the “father of the country.” Carry on to the Governor’s Residence, a fine example of Hanoi’s French architecture, followed by a stop at the One Pillar Pagoda to hear the legend of its construction. Continue to the Temple of Literature, built in 1070 and dedicated to Confucius, for a quick escape from the busy streets. City tour to one of the museums (Fine Art, History, Revolutionary, War, Ethnology Museum) of your choice (closed on Monday), Hoan Kiem Lake and Ngoc Son Temple and experience a one hour cyclo tour. Return back to your hotel for overnight stay.

Day 1

On arrival at Noi Bai, Go on an exciting ‘cyclo ride’ around the charming French Quarter. These three-wheel bicycle taxis will take you past landmarks like the Opera House, St. Joseph’s Cathedral and Rue Paul Bert (now Trang Tien Street). Also stop at picturesque Hoan Kiem Lake and visit Ngoc Son temple - which is on a small island, connected to the shore by an elegant scarlet bridge. Take a short walking tour around Hanoi’s famous Old Quarter of 36 old streets - with a stop at the central Dong Xuan market. Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 2

Halong Bay to board your cruise. In the afternoon you are free to relax on deck and gain unparalleled views of Halong in slow motion. You will visit Titop Island, the biggest island in Halong. You will also be taken by tender to the OngCam floating house - one of few existing houses left after the traditional floating villages were relocated to the mainland, A quick look at the ruins of a floating village will give you an insight to how people lived in simple floating houses. Overnight in your cruise cabin.

Day 3

After breakfast the cruise sails to a remote island, where you will see less-known caves. Climb several rugged stone stairs to admire a number of stalactites forming a very complex structure in these caves. After lunch you disembark from the cruise for a transfer to the airport for your flight to Siem Reap, a popular resort town in north-western Cambodia and a gateway to the Angkor region.

Day 4

Tour of Angkor, which was the capital city of the ancient Khmer Empire. The Angkor complex includes mseveral temples such as Angkor Wat, Bayon, Preah Khan and Ta Prohm, as well as other architectural masterpieces like the Terrace of the Elephants - an impressive terrace wall adorned with carved elephants. In the afternoon you will be taken to visit Angkor Wat Temple dedicated to the Hindu God Vishnu, which is so fabulous that it is included in the World Wonders List.

Day 5 & 6

Visit Wat Thmei (The Killing Fields), a unique glass-walled stupa containing the bones of victims of the brutal Khmer Rouge regime. Thereafter, visit the ‘Les Artisans d’Angkor - Chantiers Ecole’, the finest authentic Khmer arts and crafts centre. You then visit the Wat Bo pagoda which was founded in the 18th century and boasts of unique wall paintings of the Reamker (Ramayana). DAY 6- Head out of Ho Chi Minh City to visit the Cu Chi Tunnels. On a stroll down Dong Khoi Street and the ornate City Hall (Hotel De Ville), the neo-Romanesque Notre Dame Cathedral and the Central Post Office designed by famous architect Gustave Eiffel.

Day 7 & 8

DAY 7- Drive to My Tho, upon arrival, you will be taken on a boat cruise on the Mekong River, in a small boat rowed by the local people through small canals to see gardens and rural houses, where local families produce coconut candy and honey, or grow fruit. Stop to visit Vinh Trang pagoda, noted for its special architecture - a combination of East and West Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City. DAY 8- Driven to the airport for your flight back home. Day 2

Transfer to Halong Bay, literally called Descending Dragon Bay, is the most wondrous of bays sculpted when an ancient dragon swished its immense tail. Vietnam’s most obvious attraction is Ha Long Bay, adjacent to the Gulf of Tonkin, and currently attracting nearly two million visitors each year. Despite its status as one of. Enjoy 04-hour cruise to visit islands and grottoes, leaving those that have been equipped with lights, walkways, refreshment stalls and souvenir shops to the tourists. The exceptions are Dau Go, a large cavern worth visiting for its grandeur, and Sung Sot, for its remarkable stalactites and stalagmites. Return back to Hanoi in the evening for overnight stay.

Day 3

Hanoi Half Day Tour - Transfer To Ho Chi Minh City . First visit the Ba Dinh square - the political centre of the country and Ho Chi Minh complex, including Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Ho Chi Minh’s stilt house, One pillar pagoda. Next visit Temple of Literature- the temple of Confucius and also Vietnam’s first national university dated from 11st century and Tran Quoc temple- oldest temple on the western bank of the West lake. Afternoon you will be transferred to the airport to catch your flight to Ho Chi Minh City. Upon arrival at Ho Chi Minh City, you will be met by your representative and transferred to your hotel. Rest of the day is free for you to relax on your own.

Day 4

Visit the Cu Chi Tunnels. The Vietnamese are proud of their resolve in their prolonged history of struggle against invading armies, and the story of the people of Cu Chi is indicative of that spirit. The residents of Cu Chi then took their war underground, literally, developing a network of tunnels that, at its height, stretched as far as Cambodia and included meeting rooms, kitchens, and triage areas. Visit Reunification Palace which was the former residence of the President of South Vietnam until end of April 1975, Notre Dame Cathedral, the Old Sai Gon Post Office, Cholon, the Chinatown of Ho Chi Minh City and the Emperor Jade Pagoda, one of the most interesting pagodas in Vietnam. Return back to your hotel for overnight stay.

Day 5&6

Travel past miles of flat rice fields, along a bustling High Way. On arrival at My Tho, we board a Mekong cruise boat to Thoi Son Island where we will be entertained with traditional music. We will then change to a paddle boat to cruise through the narrow canals and visit home grown industries like coconut candy and rice-wine making. We next travel by motorized boat to another Mekong island to visit a bee farm and try tea with fresh honey from the beehives and enjoy fresh seasonal fruits. As we return to My Tho there will be a visit to the Vinh Trang Pagoda. DAY-6 Take a flight to Siem Reap,in the afternoon we embark for a city tour of Siem Reap. Religion is closely linked to Khmer life and pagodas are very important in the country. There are different activities in the pagoda and some are related to the traditions that still remain nowadays. Visit Wat Inkosei built on the site of an ancient temple, which still remains and visit a workshop where traditional shadow play puppets are made. Next, continue to Wat Bo pagoda to view its well-preserved paintings. You will also observe monks making the various moldings, which adorn the pagodas. Drive from Siem Reap to the district of Puok to the Silk Farm. Return to hotel and end of the tour.

Proceed for a full day tour of Angkor. DAY-8 Transferred to the airport for your flight back home.
