Day 2

Today after breakfast proceed for a half-day sightseeing tour of the Sultanahmet district in the heart of old Istanbul. Visit St. Sophia church which is one of the marvels of world architecture. (On Mondays replaced by the Chora Church Museum).Later visit the Blue Mosque (will be visited from outside if the tour is taken on Friday), and walk through the Hippodrome, - the centre of Constantinople, capital of the ancient Byzantine Empire. Finish at the Grand Bazaar where you can shop for carpets and kilms, silks, jewellery, ceramics, icons and leather goods and more. Overnight in Istanbul. (B)

Day 3

Today board flight to Kayseri, (your flight has to be scheduled to depart at around 07:00 am in the morning). On arrival proceed to Cappadocia a city known for underground warren of corridors, chapels, warehouses and living spaces that comprise the underground cave cities of Cappadocia. On arrival proceed for Full Day Goreme City Tour. Visit Devrent Valley to see various types of fairy chimneys. Among these are those with caps, cones, mushroom like forms pillar and pointed rocks.We will take a walk through this amazing valley.Then,you will visit PASABAGLARI (MONK'S VALLEY) where you will see many fairy chimneys with multiple stems and caps can be found here, this style being unique to this area. A chapel dedicated to St. Simeon and a hermit's shelter is built into one such fairy chimney with three heads. After visiting Pasabag, we will drive to AVANOS which is known for the pottery, a craft dating back to the Hittite period. The red clay which is worked by local craftsmen comes from the residue in the Kizilirmak river.And we will have a rest to have lunch in a local restaurant. After having lunch, we will proceed to GOREME OPEN AIR MUSEUM where this religious education was started. You will visit the churhces, chapels and monasteries carved into the fairy chimmeys from the 10th to the 13th centuries with frescos painted on the walls. Overnight in Cappadocia. (B, L, D)

Day 4&5

Today after breakfast proceed to full day Kaymakli Underground City Tour. Visit RED VALLEY which is one of the most beautiful trekking valley in Cappadocia and explore the famous rock- cut churches and hike 5 km through in this valley. Later rest in CAVUSIN village – famous for the houses and churches of the christian clegymen. Visit Ortahisar Castle which resembles Uchisar Castle in style. In the afternoon visit KAYMAKLI underground city where early christians lived in fear and faith. On the way back visit Pigeon valley, later taste some Cappadocia wines in a local wine factory. Overnight in Cappadocia. (B &L) Next day, proceed to Kayseri airport for your flight to Izmir. On arrival at Izmir travel to Kusadasi by road. Rest of the day is at leisure. Day 1

Embark on a Bosphorus cruise and marvel at the view of extravagant palaces, Ottoman-era villas and other sights ranged along the European and Asian banks. See the crenelated 15th-century Rumeli Fortress, the bustling cafes on the Asian waterfronts, and pass the Beylerbeyi Palace and elaborate gardens of Yildiz Palace. Disembark and enjoy a panoramic coach drive that lines the Golden Horn, an inlet that separates old and new European Istanbul. Pass through the former Jewish quarter of Balat with its synagogues, balconied townhouses, stepped sidewalks and visit the Bulgarian St. Stephen Church, built entirely from cast iron. Continue to visit the Greek Orthodox Patriarchate, Jewish Hospital and explore the remains of Istanbul's Roman- and Byzantine-built city walls. Day 2&3

Half day city tour of Istanbul. The highlights of this tour begins with a a visit to the magnificent Byzantine church of Hagia Sophia. The Byzantine architecture of this church ha served as an inspiration for many other Ottoman mosques.It is now a museum and a component of UNESCO World Heritage site. Continue to the Blue Mosque one of the largest mosques in Istanbul, is also famous for its blue tiles and 6 minarets.Proceed to the Hippodrome the former centre of sporting and political activities in Constantinople.It is one of the most popular place and promenades. It is decorated with monuments brought in from the world such as the Obelisk from Egypt, the Serpentine Column from Delphi and the fountain of Willhelm II.Later, end the tour with a visit to the Grand Bazaar,where you can shop for carpets, jewellery, leatherand souvenirs. Day 4

Visit the Pigeon Valley near Uchisar; then proceed to the Open Air Museum in Goreme through Avcilar Valley and visit to the early Christian churches decorated with unique frescoes depicting various scenes from the Bible. Post lunch at a local restaurant, visit Kaymakli Underground City, the place early Christians hid from persecutors. Continue to Pasabagi in Zelve region and Avanos with shopping facilities for world-wide famous handicrafts.

Day 5

Travel part of the Silk Road, visiting where caravans stopped for rest at the caravanserai along the way. Later proceed to Konya where you will visit the Melvana Museum and his mausoleum. It is one of the biggest pilgrimage centres in Turkey, and the building's fluted dome of turquoise tiles is one of Turkey's most distinctive sights. The mausoleum room is highly ornamented with Islamic script and enameled reliefs, and contains the tombs of several of the more important figures of the dervish order. The main tomb enclosed behind a silver gate crafted in 1597 is that of Mevlana. The large complex also houses a huge collection of artifacts belonging to the Mevlana Order: valuable carpets; metal and wooden objects; and books, including a display of priceless Qur'ans.

Day 6

Enter the UNESCO listed site and enjoy a guided visit of the cotton colored Pamukkale travertines and ancient city of Hierapolis. Unwind in the natural baths with views of the city’s ruins, then feast on lunch at a local restaurant. Later, proceed to great Necropolis, the graveyard where sick people came in search of cure but died. Continue to the white calcium ponds which are filled with heavily mineralized therapeutic warm water flowing from the hot springs around. The hot springs are used as a spa since centuries. Take a walk in these pools and feel rejuvenated. Proceed to the Cleopatra Antique Pool, where you can sit in the shallow waters and rest against the ornate columns, pose for a photo while balancing on one of the other submerged carved stones from the temple. The plants and trees in the lush garden around the pool contribute to the relaxing atmosphere.

Day 7&8

Visit the Basilica of St. John which was built in the 6th century. Feel the mystical atmosphere of the city and stadium where chariot and horse races were once held. You will also have a chance to see some Turkish handicrafts and visit the pilgrimage point claimed to be the last home of the Virgin Mary. Lastly, make way to Sirince Village which is located on the top of a mountain and well-known for wines Ephesus was an ancient Greek city near Kusadasi, in Turkey. It was built on the site of a previous Arzawan capital in the 10th century BC. The city prospered under the rule of Roman Republic in 129 BC but underwent damage when it was destroyed by the Goths in a raid. The Emperor Constantine the Great restored most of the city and built new public baths. However, the city was again destroyed by a Roman Orthodox Catholic mob in 401 AD. It went through further deterioration due to a severe earthquake in 614 AD. Also, its land got gradually silted by the Kucukmenderes River and as a result Ephesus lost its importance as a commercial centre. Its major attraction is the famous Temple of Artemis which is one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. Next day, there is departure transfer from hotel in Kusadasi to airport in Izmir and board the flight for Istanbul (Seat in coach). Fly back home with sweet Turkish memories.

Day 1

Arrive in Istanbul. At the airport, our driver -cum- rep will assist you in getting transferred to the hotel. Pls, note that early check-in is subject to availability. At 13:00 hours, meet the guide for your half-day boat trip over the Bosporus. Cruise between the two continents of Asia and Europe and revel amid the bounty of nature. See the beautiful Rumeli Castle (from the sea, no interior visit). After the cruise, glide up the cable car and dine at the Pierre Loti Hill cafe that was named after the famous French writer. Take in the serene vistas of Golden Horn and the entire city. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 2

Eat a delicious breakfast at the hotel. At 8:00 am, you shall meet the guide who will take you through the day's schedule. Meet with the manual. Visit the Hippodrome of Constantinople, also known as the Sultanahmet Square. Next, see the ornate - Blue Mosque and admire the beautiful interior works. Your last stop for the day is the Grand Bazaar which though is closed on Sundays, is formed into a labyrinth of passages and is home to more than 4000 shops. Shop away to glory and then return to the hotel for your overnight stay.

Day 3

Today, wake up and eat a good breakfast, get ready and bid goodbye to Istanbul as you take transfers to the airport, to fly to Kayseri. When you reach, embark upon a thrilling sightseeing tour. Visit the Devrent Valley, where various types of fairy chimneys are abundant. After that visit Pasabagi (Monk's Valley) which has multiple stems and caps that are no stranger to to this area. Latet, drive to Avanos which is known for its beautiful works of pottery, a craft dating back to the Hittite period. Here, red clay is used by local craftsmen that comes from the residue in the Kizilirmak River - the longest river of Turkey. Lunch and then proceed to check out the famous Goreme Open Air Museum. Around the area, you can also visit churches , chapels etc. (Dark Church is excluded; entrance requires additional admission fee). Pose for a commemorative picture in the valleys to capture the moment in time. Overnight stay at the hotel. You shall be served a lip-smacking breakfast, lunch and dinner in this day.

Day 4

Today in the morning, eat a lip-smacking breakfast, meet the tour guide in the hotel lobby and then get ready for a day full of the excursion. Visit the Rose Valley which is one of the most beautiful trekking valleys in Cappadocia. and explore the famous rock-cut churches by hiking through the canyon. Rest in Cavusin which is an old Greek village and famous for its known for its Christian houses. Post lunch (on your own), visit the Ortahisar Castle and then head to the Kaymakli - the Underground City. On your visit the panoramic Pigeon Valley. Istanbul Ataturk airport is 20 km away from city center and Sabiha Gokcen airport is 55 km away from city center. Day 2

Visit to TOPKAPI PALACE The great palace of the Ottoman sultans from the 15th to the 19th centuries housing an exquisite collection of crystal, silver, and Chinese porcelain, robes worn by the sultans and their families, the famous jewels of the Imperial Treasury, miniatures, the Holy Mantle; enshrining relics of the Prophet Mohammed. SULTANAHMET IMPERIAL MOSQUE Across from St. Sophia built in the 16th century by the architect Mehmet, is known as the BLUE MOSQUE because of its magnificent interior decoration of blue Iznik tiles. HIPPODROME Ancient Hippodrome, the scene of chariot races, with the three monuments; the Obelisk of Theodosius, the bronze Serpentine Column and the Column of Constantine. Lunch break at 13:00pm after the lunch Murtis Tour will then take you to the GRAND COVERED BAZAAR In this labyrinth of streets and passages are more than 4,000 shops with each trade having its own area: the goldsmiths' street, the carpet sellers, Turkish arts and crafts, such as hand painted ceramic plates, hand-honed copperware, brassware and trays, water ewers, onyx-ware and meerschaum pipes. After the tour, transfer back to your hotel.

Day 3

After breakfast depart for Bosporus Cruise tour. Enjoy a magical Istanbul Bosporus Boat Cruise and Grand Spice Bazaar. Tour starting at 08:30. Enjoy the array of sites you can see from the boat including: GRAND SPICE BAZAAR. BOSPHORUS BY BOAT a traditional excursion by boat along the waterway separating Europe and Asia. Lunch break at the Turkish restaurant. After the lunch depart for Istanbul Ataturk airport for domestic flight to Cappadocia. Transfer from airport and check in to your hotel in Cappadocia. Overnight in Cappadocia. The boat trip is operated depending on weather conditions. The local cruise boats are with standard conditions and should not be considered of high quality deluxe boats, but rather daily operational boats to introduce you the Bosporus. Drinks are available on the boat at an extra charge.

Day 4

You will be picked up approximately 09:30 We will drive you to Ozkonak Underground City, one of the best preserved Underground cities in Cappadocia. Than visit to Uchisar Castle, the highest point of Cappadocia. After Uchisar, you visit Goreme Open Air Museum, the Heart of Cappadocia. Goreme Open Air Museum is famous for frescoes dating to 10th century describing the life of Jesus Christ and monks. Next stop is Cavusin, which is an abandoned village with old cave Greek houses. After Cavusin you go to the restaurant in Avanos to have lunch. After lunch, you visit a pottery work shop, to see how to make potteries. Then you go Pasabagi where you can see three - headed fairy chimneys. After Pasabagi you visit another workshop to see Cappadocian handwoven carpets and kilims. Next stop is Devrent Valley, which is also called Imagination Valley, where you can see natural rock formations looking like animals. Then you head to a wine shop in Urgup for wine tasting. Last stop is Three Beauties, three beautiful fairy chimneys with their hats, which is the symbol of Cappadocia. This tour will end approximately 18:00 and you will be returned back to your hotel.

Day 5

Pick up time: 4:00 am - Drop off time: 7:00 Am (Approx) Travel to the launch site in an air-conditioned minivan, and climb aboard for your scenic flight. Then, it’s up, up and away over the lunar-like chimneys, spires, pinnacles and valleys, all made extra magical by the soft morning light. Ogle the views, spot cave houses and villages, and capture the panoramas on camera as your pilot points out places of interest. Today after breakfast at the hotel, take a flight to Istanbul. Pick up by your coach at Istanbul and visit Blue Mosque, standing directly opposite the Hagia Sophia the Blue Mosque is one of the most beautiful mosques in the world. Famous for its Iznik tiles this Turkish jewel is a must-see for everyone visiting Turkey. Next we proceed to the Hippodrome (Serpent Column, Obelisk of Theodosius & German Fountain of Wilhelm): Visit the square once used as a sporting arena predating Constantinople itself.Though a few fragments of the original structure survive, the square still boasts some of the most glorious monuments built in this great city. The Serpent Column, Obelisk of Theodosius & German Fountain of Wilhelm are the ancient treasures to be seen. Today’s Lunch is at one of the most authentic Turkish Kofte restaurants. Next we Topkapi Palace which is the grand palace that served as a residence to the Sultans for over 400 years. A must-see attraction in Turkey, the museum carries some of the most revered treasures in Islamic history including items belonging to the Prophet Mohammad. It also displays a magnificent collection of jewels, different weaponry, clothing and calligraphy. Today after breakfast at the hotel, start with the Full Day Bosphorus tour. We start with the Dolmabahce Palace which was the last residence for Ottoman Sultans with 365 rooms and 22 saloons. Famous with the great collection of European antiquity, furniture and 4.5 tons chandelier. Next visit Yildiz Royal Garden a historical, urban park in Besiktas district of Istanbul, Turkey. It is one of the largest public parks in Istanbul. The park is located in Yildiz quarter between the palaces of Yildiz and Ciragan. Yildiz Park was once part of the imperial garden of Yildiz Palace. Extending down the slopes from the palace, this walled park was reserved only for palace dwellers during the reign of Sultan Abdulhamid II. Local lunch will be provided today. Visit the City Walls next - The first breach of the walls was by the Fourth Crusade in 1204, the second by the cannons and troops of Sultan Mehmet the Conqueror in 1453.

Day 6

This morning, post breakfast, transfer from hotel in Cappadocia to hotel in Pamukkale, enroute enjoy a visit to the 13th century Sultanhani Caravanserai built on the famous silk route. Famous for being one of the largest caravanserais in the worldwide, Sultan Hani Caravanserai was made in Seljuk Time in order to be used as an accommodation for the people, especially merchants and as a defence for trade ways which was the first insurance system those times. Later, visit the famous mystical Mausoleum of Mevlana, before proceeding to check- in at the hotel in Pamukkale.

Day 6

Post breakfast, transfer from hotel in Pamukkale to hotel in Kusadasi, enroute explore the ancient city of Hierapolis. Day 3

Breakfast at the hotel, check out and you will be transferred to Istanbul Ataturk Airport for your flight to Kayseri. Arrival Kayseri Airport, transfer to Cappadocia by driving 1 hour. Arrival Cappadoccia and transfer to your hotel. Check -in process at the hotel and free time on your own. Overnight in Cappadocia (Breakfast-Dinner)

Day 4

Breakfast at the hotel, departure from the hotel for Full Day Goreme City Tour. Firstly, you will stop to take photos at Uc Guzeller which are famed fairy chimneys in Cappadocia. Next, visit to DEVRENT VALLEY has various types of fairy chimneys. Among these are those with caps, cones, mushroom like forms pillar and pointed rocks. We will take a walk through this amazing valley.Then,you will visit PASABAGLARI (MONK'S VALLEY) where you will see many fairy chimneys with multiple stems and caps can be found here, this style being unique to this area. A chapel dedicated to St. Simeon and a hermit's shelter is built into one such fairy chimney with three heads. After visiting Pasabag, we will drive to AVANOS which is known for the pottery, a craft dating back to the Hittite period. The red clay which is worked by local craftsmen comes from the residue in the Kizilirmak river. And we will have a rest to have lunch in a local restaurant. After having lunch, we will proceed to GOREME OPEN AIR MUSEUM where this religious education was started. You will visit the churches, chapels and monasteries carved into the fairy chimneys from the 10th to the 13th centuries with frescos painted on the walls. After the tour, you will be transferred to your hotel. Overnight in Cappadocia (Breakfast-Lunch-Dinner)

Day 1

In the morning visit to the Anatolian Civilizations Museum at which numerous remnants from Stone Age, Neolithic Age, Hittites, Urartians, Phrygians and many others are on display; Mausoleum of Ataturk, the burial place of the national hero who founded modern Republic of Turkey. Then continue on to Cappadocia with lunch on the way. After a picturesque trip along the Salt Lake visit to the 13th century Seljukian Caravanserai Agzikarahan. After visiting Kaymakli Underground City, the place early Christians hid from persecutors, proceed to the hotel for overnight in CAPPADOCIA (Lunch & Dinner included).

Day 2

(Optional balloon tour). Depart from the hotel at 09.30-10.00 depending on the arrival time of the participants and visit the Imagination Valley where animal-like natural formations like camels and fair chimneys are abundant. Drive on to Pasabagi in Zelve area where monks used to live in seclusion in rock cut rooms. Proceed to the pottery town of Avanos where Kizilirmak (Hallys), the longest river of Turkey, meanders leaving the red clay on its banks that has been the raw material of pottery for centuries. After lunch break visit to the Pigeon Valley near Uchisar. Continue on to Open Air Museum in Goreme to visit to the early Christian churches decorated with unique frescoes depicting various scenes from the Bible. After shopping time for the well-known merits of the area, drive back to the hotel in Cappadocia. (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner included).

Day 3

Today's ride will be fairly long and tiring due to the long distance between Cappadocia and Pamukkale and lack of convenient lodging location. Drive to visit to the 13th century Seljukian masterpiece Sultanhan Caravanserai and arrive in Konya. Lunch. Visit the Mausoleum of Mevlana, the world-wide famous mystic and then proceed to Karatay Theological School in which beautiful tiles are on display. After lunch time drive to Pamukkale and overnight in Pamukkale .(Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner included).

Day 4

Tour the beautiful snow-white "Cotton Castle" and the ruins of Hierapolis including the magnificently preserved cemetery "Necropolis", the Main Street and Gates, the Thermal Baths, the Roman Theatre and the Museum. After lunch tour Aphrodisias, the city of Aphrodite; visit the Museum, the Temple of Aphrodite, the Theatre, the Stadium, the Agora, the Hadrian Baths, the Odeon, and the Bishop's Palace. Proceed to the hotel in Kusadasi (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner included).

Day 5

Morning tour to Ephesus area with Ephesus Antique City (Hillside Houses are excluded; entrance requires additional admission fee), one of the most popular ancient sites of Turkey with many acres of carefully excavated ruins; Virgin Mary's House, where St. Mary is supposed to spend her last years together with St. John. Day 1

Day 3

Wake up to a beautiful morning in Istanbul and start your day with a delicious breakfast. Check-out from the hotel and get transferred to the airport from where you would take a flight to Kayseri (own expense). Upon your arrival at the Kayseri Airport, meet a representative who would be assisting you to reach the hotel at Cappadocia. Counted amongst the most incredible sites in Turkey, Cappadocia is a rock wonderland, best known for its unique landscape, underground cities and cave churches. Post check-in, you can spend the rest of your day at leisure. Enjoy dinner and a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel in Cappadocia.

Day 4

After a delicious breakfast at the hotel; prepare to witness dramatic rock formations on a full-day Goreme City Tour. Start your sightseeing with a short stopover at UC Guzeller, the famous fairy chimneys in Cappadocia. Go on to roam the Devrent Valley, with dramatic rock formations shaped by the winds to look like camels, seals, snakes, dolphins and other animals. After lunch, venture into Goreme Open Air Museum to explore churches, chapels, and monasteries carved into the fairy chimneys from the 10th to the 13th centuries with frescos painted on the walls. After your drop to the Airport, return to the hotel for a tasty dinner and retire to the room for a comfortable overnight stay.

Day 5

Begin this day with a scrumptious breakfast and embark on an hour long drive to reach Kayseri Airport. Thereupon, board a flight to reach Antalya (own expense), a gateway to the Turkish Riviera. A wonderfully preserved historical city cum port, tucked into a crescent-shaped bay amidst the Taurus Mountains, Antalya is a splendid Roman-era harbour with some of the finest beaches. From the airport, board a shared coach/vehicle (SIC) to reach the hotel for a relaxing overnight stay.

Day 6&7

Start your day with a delicious breakfast and spend the rest of the day as you please. You could make the most of your free time by exploring the buzzing yet exotic beaches of Antalya (own expense). Make your way to the Lara Beach, an ideal place to indulge in water sports activities like water skiing, kayaking, etc. You could also visit Konyaalti Beach, to the west of the old city, which is lined with plenty of restaurants, cafés, shops and snack bars. After being dropped to the hotel in the evening, relish a scrumptious dinner and a comfortable stay. Next day, check-out from the hotel and get transferred to the Antalya airport on a shared basis in a coach/bus (seat in coach). Head back home filled with lasting memories.
