Today after breakfast at the hotel, take a flight to Istanbul. Pick up by your coach at Istanbul and visit Blue Mosque, standing directly opposite the Hagia Sophia the Blue Mosque is one of the most beautiful mosques in the world. Famous for its Iznik tiles this Turkish jewel is a must-see for everyone visiting Turkey. Next we proceed to the Hippodrome (Serpent Column, Obelisk of Theodosius & German Fountain of Wilhelm): Visit the square once used as a sporting arena predating Constantinople itself.Though a few fragments of the original structure survive, the square still boasts some of the most glorious monuments built in this great city. The Serpent Column, Obelisk of Theodosius & German Fountain of Wilhelm are the ancient treasures to be seen. Today’s Lunch is at one of the most authentic Turkish Kofte restaurants. Next we Topkapi Palace which is the grand palace that served as a residence to the Sultans for over 400 years. A must-see attraction in Turkey, the museum carries some of the most revered treasures in Islamic history including items belonging to the Prophet Mohammad. It also displays a magnificent collection of jewels, different weaponry, clothing and calligraphy. Harem not included Evening we visit the Grand Covered Bazaar - In this labyrinth of streets and passages are more than 4,000 shops with each trade having its own area the goldsmiths' street, the carpet sellers, Turkish arts and crafts, such as hand painted ceramic plates, hand-honed copperware, brassware and trays, water ewers, onyx-ware and meerschaum pipes. Day 5

Today after breakfast at the hotel, start with the Full Day Bosphorus tour. We start with the Dolmabahce Palace which was the last residence for Ottoman Sultans with 365 rooms and 22 saloons. Famous with the great collection of European antiquity, furniture and 4.5 tons chandelier. Next visit Yildiz Royal Garden a historical, urban park in Besiktas district of Istanbul, Turkey. It is one of the largest public parks in Istanbul. The park is located in Yildiz quarter between the palaces of Yildiz and Ciragan. Yildiz Park was once part of the imperial garden of Yildiz Palace. Extending down the slopes from the palace, this walled park was reserved only for palace dwellers during the reign of Sultan Abdulhamid II. Local lunch will be provided today. Visit the City Walls next - The first breach of the walls was by the Fourth Crusade in 1204, the second by the cannons and troops of Sultan Mehmet the Conqueror in 1453.

Day 6

Day 4

Depart your hotel for a Full Day tour in Cappadocia. En-route visit Konya. Visit the famous sights in Konya. En-route visit 13th century Sultanhani Caravanserai built on the famous silk route. It is the biggest masterpieces in Seljuk period. We also visit Mausoleum of Mevlana, the worldwide famous Persian Sufi mystic. Later, visit Karatay Theological School known for its tilings and mosaic decorations. It is now the Museum of Tile Works. Day 4

After breakfast at the hotel, check-out & proceed to Pamukkale Cotton Fortress, ancient city of Hierapolis with the Theatre, Apollo Temple and magnificent Necropolis, the graveyard. It covers over 4,000 shops under one roof. Enjoy lunch. Evening we experience the Dinner Cruise. Sail along the Bosporus, separating two continents of ‘Europe’ and ‘Asia’. Enjoy your dinner while watching Traditional Shows including Belly Dance Show at the cruise. Don’t miss to look around outside as you will be sailing just between two continents. This morning we visit and explore Kaymakli underground city. Then leaving Cappadocia we head south, towards Konya, along the ancient Silk Road, visiting Sultanhani Caravansary, just as the ancient traders did. Once in Konya we tour the Mevlana Museum and Alaeddin Mosque. Overnight at hotel in Konya.

Day 5

Today we head for Pamukkale and it's calcium travertines. Along the way we visit the ancient site of Sagalassos. Conquered by Alexander the Great in 333 BC, earthquakes and plague saw its demise in 541-2. Today it is one of the best preserved sites in Turkey and is on the UNESCO Tentaice list. Overnight at hotel in Pamukkale.

Day 6

Visit the ruins of Hierapolis, the Temple of Apollo, Necropolis, and stroll over the magnificent white calcium terraces of Pamukkale. This afternoon we will enjoy a display of locally handcrafted leather goods. Overnight at hotel in Pamukkale.

Day 7&8

08:00 we depart on our tour of Pamukkale travertines and the ancient city of Hierapolis. After breakfast we will depart for Perge and Aspendos. PERGE: According to the geographer Strabon. Perge has been founded by Akhas who came down here after the Trojan wars. Perge was first mentioned in 334 BC when Alexander the Great passed through here. In the following years, Perge went under the control of Pergamon when the Kingdom of Pergamon became a part of the Roman city. In the first and the second centuries BC, Perge became one of the richest towns in Pamphylia. Therefore it is not a surprise that St. Paul started his campaign in Anatolia from Perge in 46 AD. After Perge, we will depart for Aspendos. Lunch break on the way. ASPENDOS: The eastern land of Antalya was called Pamphylia in ancient times. Aspendos (Belkis) lies 47 km east of Antalya in the Pamphylian plain. In 486 BC, Greeks and Persians had a great battle here (Greeks won, they didn't stay for long). During the reign of the Roman emperor Marcus Aurelius (161-80 AD) Aspendos got its theatre, which is the best preserved of all. It was built by Romans and maintained by Byzantines and Seljuks. The ruins of the ancient city are extensive and include a stadium, an agora, and a basilica. Dinner and overnight in Antalya.

Day 6&7

After breakfast, at 12:00 check out and free time till departure. Then we depart for Antalya airport for our domestic flight to Cappadocia. Transfer from Kayseri airport to your hotel. The rest of the day is yours to explore Cappadocia. Dinner and Overnight in Cappadocia. Next day, we will get to know the Cappadocia region, a volcanic area in which the geological formation started 10 million years ago. As a result of these formations phallic like pillars have come to life. The beautiful horse country Katpatuka, (as the Persians called her) is an unbelievable strip of land, enchanting and mysterious. Cappadocia region is also famous for its arts, including ceramic and carpets. You will be picked up approximatley 09:30 from your hotel to join our regular tour.

Day 8

Day 3

Today board flight to Kayseri, (your flight has to be scheduled to depart at around 07:00 am in the morning). On arrival proceed to Cappadocia a city known for underground warren of corridors, chapels, warehouses and living spaces that comprise the underground cave cities of Cappadocia. On arrival proceed for Full Day Goreme City Tour. Visit Devrent Valley to see various types of fairy chimneys. Among these are those with caps, cones, mushroom like forms pillar and pointed rocks.We will take a walk through this amazing valley.Then,you will visit PASABAGLARI (MONK'S VALLEY) where you will see many fairy chimneys with multiple stems and caps can be found here, this style being unique to this area. A chapel dedicated to St. Simeon and a hermit's shelter is built into one such fairy chimney with three heads. After visiting Pasabag, we will drive to AVANOS which is known for the pottery, a craft dating back to the Hittite period. The red clay which is worked by local craftsmen comes from the residue in the Kizilirmak river.And we will have a rest to have lunch in a local restaurant. After having lunch, we will proceed to GOREME OPEN AIR MUSEUM where this religious education was started. You will visit the churhces, chapels and monasteries carved into the fairy chimmeys from the 10th to the 13th centuries with frescos painted on the walls. Overnight in Cappadocia. (B, L, D)

Day 4

Today after breakfast proceed to full day Kaymakli Underground City Tour. Visit RED VALLEY which is one of the most beautiful trekking valley in Cappadocia and explore the famous rock- cut churches and hike 5 km through in this valley. Later rest in CAVUSIN village – famous for the houses and churches of the christian clegymen. Visit Ortahisar Castle which resembles Uchisar Castle in style. In the afternoon visit KAYMAKLI underground city where early christians lived in fear and faith. On the way back visit Pigeon valley , later taste some Cappadocia wines in a local wine factory. Overnight in Cappadocia. (B &L)

Day 5

After breakfast, you will be transferred to Kayseri Airport for your flight to back to Istanbul and connecting flight back home (latest at 22:00hrs flight from Kayseri Erciyes Apt). or to your next destination. (B)

Day 1

Embark on a Bosphorus cruise and marvel at the view of extravagant palaces, Ottoman-era villas and other sights ranged along the European and Asian banks. See the crenelated 15th-century Rumeli Fortress, the bustling cafes on the Asian waterfronts, and pass the Beylerbeyi Palace and elaborate gardens of Yildiz Palace. Disembark and enjoy a panoramic coach drive that lines the Golden Horn, an inlet that separates old and new European Istanbul. Pass through the former Jewish quarter of Balat with its synagogues, balconied townhouses, stepped sidewalks and visit the Bulgarian St. Stephen Church, built entirely from cast iron. Continue to visit the Greek Orthodox Patriarchate, Jewish Hospital and explore the remains of Istanbul's Roman- and Byzantine-built city walls. Later, enjoy a cable car ride to Pierre Loti Hill and admire the unbroken views of the entire city.

Day 2&3

Half day city tour of Istanbul. The highlights of this tour begins with a a visit to the magnificent Byzantine church of Hagia Sophia. The Byzantine architecture of this church ha served as an inspiration for many other Ottoman mosques.It is now a museum and a component of UNESCO World Heritage site. Continue to the Blue Mosque one of the largest mosques in Istanbul, is also famous for its blue tiles and 6 minarets.Proceed to the Hippodrome the former centre of sporting and political activities in Constantinople.It is one of the most popular place and promenades. It is decorated with monuments brought in from the world such as the Obelisk from Egypt, the Serpentine Column from Delphi and the fountain of Willhelm II.Later, end the tour with a visit to the Grand Bazaar,where you can shop for carpets, jewellery, leatherand souvenirs. Next day, transfer from hotel to airport in Istanbul (Ataturk) to board the flight for Kayseri (Private). Transfer from airport in Kayseri to hotel in Cappadocia (Seat in coach). The rest of the day is at leisure.

Day 4

Visit the Pigeon Valley near Uchisar; then proceed to the Open Air Museum in Goreme through Avcilar Valley and visit to the early Christian churches decorated with unique frescoes depicting various scenes from the Bible. Post lunch at a local restaurant, visit Kaymakli Underground City, the place early Christians hid from persecutors. Continue to Pasabagi in Zelve region and Avanos with shopping facilities for world-wide famous handicrafts.

Day 5

Travel part of the Silk Road, visiting where caravans stopped for rest at the caravanserai along the way. Later proceed to Konya where you will visit the Melvana Museum and his mausoleum. It is one of the biggest pilgrimage centres in Turkey, and the building's fluted dome of turquoise tiles is one of Turkey's most distinctive sights. The mausoleum room is highly ornamented with Islamic script and enameled reliefs, and contains the tombs of several of the more important figures of the dervish order. The main tomb enclosed behind a silver gate crafted in 1597 is that of Mevlana. The large complex also houses a huge collection of artifacts belonging to the Mevlana Order: valuable carpets; metal and wooden objects; and books, including a display of priceless Qur'ans.

Day 6

Enter the UNESCO listed site and enjoy a guided visit of the cotton colored Pamukkale travertines and ancient city of Hierapolis. Unwind in the natural baths with views of the city’s ruins, then feast on lunch at a local restaurant. Later, proceed to great Necropolis, the graveyard where sick people came in search of cure but died. Continue to the white calcium ponds which are filled with heavily mineralized therapeutic warm water flowing from the hot springs around. The hot springs are used as a spa since centuries. Take a walk in these pools and feel rejuvenated. Proceed to the Cleopatra Antique Pool, where you can sit in the shallow waters and rest against the ornate columns, pose for a photo while balancing on one of the other submerged carved stones from the temple. The plants and trees in the lush garden around the pool contribute to the relaxing atmosphere.

Day 7&8

Visit the Basilica of St. John which was built in the 6th century. Feel the mystical atmosphere of the city and stadium where chariot and horse races were once held. You will also have a chance to see some Turkish handicrafts and visit the pilgrimage point claimed to be the last home of the Virgin Mary. Lastly, make way to Sirince Village which is located on the top of a mountain and well-known for wines Ephesus was an ancient Greek city near Kusadasi, in Turkey. It was built on the site of a previous Arzawan capital in the 10th century BC. The city prospered under the rule of Roman Republic in 129 BC but underwent damage when it was destroyed by the Goths in a raid. The Emperor Constantine the Great restored most of the city and built new public baths. However, the city was again destroyed by a Roman Orthodox Catholic mob in 401 AD. It went through further deterioration due to a severe earthquake in 614 AD. Also, its land got gradually silted by the Kucukmenderes River and as a result Ephesus lost its importance as a commercial centre. Its major attraction is the famous Temple of Artemis which is one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. Next day, there is departure transfer from hotel in Kusadasi to airport in Izmir and board the flight for Istanbul (Seat in coach). Fly back home with sweet Turkish memories.
