Day 4

Enjoy the Amphibian bus ride Gear up to see the stunning Japanese landscape as we drive to Mt Fuji's 5th Station, which lies about halfway up the mountain for more incredible views (in case of bad weather or winter, we will visit Fuji Visitor Center – a scientific pavilion which features the theme of nature, the history, culture of Mt Fuji). Next visit Owakudani Boiling Valley (subject to operation). Take a rope way ride into the volcanic zone of a number of steam vents and bubbling pools. You can purchase an egg cooked in the naturally hot water whose shells are blackened by the sulfur and which are said to prolong one's life by seven years. Enjoy free time at Lake Ashi, which lies in a crater formed by a massive volcanic eruption around 3000 years ago.

Day 5

Take a thrilling experience of travelling by the fastest bullet train to Kyoto. Visit Kiyomizu Temple and the Nijo Castle, bamboo groove Togetsukyo bridge.

Day 6

Visit the gardens of Golden Pavilion (Kinkakuji Temple), which houses sacred relics of Buddha. Visit the Gion district for sighting Geisha (Subject to operation). Today proceed to Nara – once the capital of Japan. Visit the Todai-ji temple - houses the largest Buddha statue in Japan followed by visit to Nara Deer Park - home to hundreds of freely roaming deer, which are considered as messengers of Gods and also been designated as National Treasure. Day 7&8

Proceed to Hiroshima by bullet train. On arrival at orientation tour of Hiroshima, the city devastated by atomic bomb in World War II. Visit the Bomb dome, the symbol of Hiroshima and the only building to remain standing after the atomic explosion. See the Peace Memorial Park with its Museum. Day 1&2

Upon arrival at Tokyo spend a day in leisure. Tokyo sightseeing tour. Begin the sightseeing tour with a visit to the Tokyo Tower, Japan's second tallest structure, to see an expansive view of the cityscape. Day 3

Upon arrival at Hakone, head for an excursion to Mount Fuji, Japan's highest mountain (subject to weather conditions). Reach the Mt. Fuji 5th Station, which is located at an altitude of 7,545 feet (2,300 meters) and take-in sweeping, panoramic view of the countryside.Finally, head to Mt. Day 4

Kyoto is brimming with some of the masterpieces of religious architecture, Kyoto is an amazing place where you could see monks’ temple hopping or meditating in the stunning Zen gardens. Explore the day on your own or spend rest of the day at leisure.

Day 5

Embark on a full-day excursion to Kyoto and Nara. Make your way to Nara Japan's first permanent capital. Once there, continue to the Todaiji Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and thereafter, head to the Nara Deer Park to see 1,200 wild sika deer. Next, visit the Kasuga Taisha Shrine to admire the ornate bronze lanterns. Before heading back to the hotel in Kyoto, also visit the Nara Nagomikan, the largest souvenir shop in Nara, to pick sweets, locally brewed sake, specialty foods and traditional crafts .

Day 6

Osaka is a great place to know about urban Japan. During the tour, visit the famous Osaka Castle Garden which features 600 cherry trees, a tea house, and views of the castle towers. Day 1&2

Upon arrival, rest of the evening is free to enjoy the mega metropolis of Osaka on your own. Proceed to the Deer park. The park is home to hundreds of freely roaming deer. Considered messengers of the gods in Shinto, Nara’s deer have become a symbol of the city and have even been designated a National Treasure. Later we visit the Todaiji Temple in Nara. The bestknown relic at Todaiji Temple is its Daibutsu, a colossal statue of the world’s largest gilded bronze Buddha, 15 meters in height. We get a photo stop at the Kyoto Imperial Palace which is the former ruling palace of the Emperor of Japan. Later we visit the Kinkauji Temple, Kinkaku-ji, officially named Rokuon-ji, is a Zen Buddhist temple. The heart of the temple complex is the Golden Pavilion (kinka-ku), situated picturesquely in its garden at the edge of a lake. We also get an opportunity to experience the culture of Japan with the Tea Ceremony, get an opportunity to see how tea is made in Japan and also a chance to taste the same in their traditional way.

Day 3

See the famous Osaka Castle. Osaka Castle was rebuilt by Tokugawa Hidetada in the 1620s, but its main castle tower was struck by lightening in 1665 and burnt down. Once we arrive in Hiroshima we see the Hiroshima Peace Memorial & the Atomic Bomb Dome (Genbaku Dome) which is a part of the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park and was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1996. The ruin serves as a memorial to the people who were killed in the atomic bombing of Hiroshima on August 6, 1945 was the only structure left standing in the area where the first atomic bomb exploded. We also visit the Atomic Dome Museum.

Day 4

Visit the Miyajima Island and visit the Itsukushima Shrine.The centuries-old Itsukushima Shrine on Miyajima is the source of both the island’s fame and its name. Formally named Itsukushima, the island is more popularly known as “Miyajima”, literally “shrine island” in Japanese, thanks to its star attraction. The shrine is known worldwide for its iconic “floating” torii gate. Later we drive to the train station to board Shinkansen - The Bullet train. Experience a thrilling ride on the Bullet Train, the fastest train in the world.

Day 5

Proceed to the Hakone National Park and take a cruise on Lake Ashi, enjoy the enchanting cruise as well as the picturesque and unforgettable surroundings of Lake Ashi. Later we board the Owakudani Ropeway , The Hakone Ropeway journey which nestles on the shore of Lake Ashi, allows visitors to take in such spectacular views as the crystal-clear blue waters of Lake Ashi, the rising volcanic fumes of Owakudani and the grandeur of Mount Fuji. Take Bullet train to Hiroshima. Visit the Miyajima Island and visit the Itsukushima Shrine. The centuries-old Itsukushima Shrine on Miyajima is the source of both the island’s fame and its name. Formally named Itsukushima, the island is more popularly known as “Miyajima”, literally “shrine island” in Japanese, thanks to its star attraction. The shrine is known worldwide for its iconic “floating” torii gate.

Day 5

Visit the Hiroshima Peace Memorial & the Atomic Bomb Dome (Genbaku Dome) which is a part of the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park and was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1996. The ruin serves as a memorial to the people who were killed in the atomic bombing of Hiroshima on August 6, 1945 was the only structure left standing in the area where the first atomic bomb exploded. We also visit the Atomic Dome Museum. Later we will proceed to Osaka and see the Osaka Castle.

Day 6&7

Drive to Nara and proceed to the Deer park. The park is home to hundreds of freely roaming deer. Considered messengers of the gods in Shinto, Nara’s deer have become a symbol of the city and have even been designated a National Treasure. Later we visit the Todaiji Temple in Nara. The bestknown relic at Todaiji Temple is its Daibutsu, a colossal statue of the world’s largest gilded bronze Buddha, 15 meters in height. We get a photo stop at the Kyoto Imperial Palace which is the former ruling palace of the Emperor of Japan. Later we visit the Kinkauji Temple, Kinkaku-ji, officially named Rokuon-ji, is a Zen Buddhist temple. The heart of the temple complex is the Golden Pavilion (kinka-ku), situated picturesquely in its garden at the edge of a lake. We also get an opportunity to experience the culture of Japan with the Tea Ceremony, get an opportunity to see how tea is made in Japan and also a chance to taste the same in their traditional way.
