In the morning you will leave for a tour of the city which will be a great introduction to “The Eternal city”. We have also included admission to the Roman Coliseum, the principal symbol of Rome. This impressive construction dates back 2,000 years and will transport you back in time to the Roman Empire. Day 3

Today you will leave Rome heading north to Florence on a route graced with beautiful landscapes. Upon arrival in Florence, you will head straight to neoclassical Piazzale Michelangelo, an impressive plaza in the heart of the city. In the evening, we provide a walking tour with a local expert that will take you through the historic centre, through places such as the Ponte Vecchio; a medieval stone arched bridge, the Duomo, one of the most visited places in the world, and the stunning Piazza Della Signoria. This city is truly an outdoor museum.

Day 4

Enjoy scenic mountain landscapes while crossing the Apennine Mountains on your way to Venice. On arrival, you will board a Vaporetto to travel around on the canals in the historic centre. With a local guide, visit Saint Mark´s Square, one of Italy’s most recognizable sights, and enter the magnificent Basilica (entry cost included). Later in the day, you will be able to visit the Murano glass factory city and witness the uniquely Venetian crystal blowing technique.

Today we enjoy stunning mountain landscapes while crossing the Apennine Mountains. Arriving in VENICE, we will board a Vapporetto to travel around on the canals in the historic centre. With a local guide, we will visit the marvellous St Mark´s Square and enter the marvellous basilica (entry cost included). Afterwards, we shall be able to visit the Murano glass factory. Later in afternoon proceed to CAF TERMINAL on your own an start your trip through the fertile and picturesque Tuscan countryside towards the historic university city of Pisa, famous for its architectural beauty. After a panoramic drive along the beautiful riversides, the tour proceeds with a guided tour to Piazza dei Miracoli to find the celebrated Leaning Tower, the Cathedral, an unequalled masterpiece of Romanesque art carried out between the 11th and 12th centuries and the Baptistery. Day 1

Arrive into Rome. On arrival you will be transferred to your hotel. Rome is more than a fascinating European capital city; it is a spectacular encyclopedia of living history. The whole experience of Rome is so powerful as to be almost overwhelming at times.

Day 2

Today, explore Rome at your own pace on an extensive hop-on hop-off itinerary through the heart of Rome. The buses are open top which allows you to enjoy a full 360 degree panoramic views as you travel along your route, with commentary in 6 languages, and departures every 15 minutes. Your ticket allows you 17 stops in the most beautiful, cultural and evocative areas of the Eternal city. Day 3

Day 4

Day 5

Day 6&7

This morning, enjoy an excursion to Murano, Burano & Torcello. Boarding a comfortable motor boat, you'll speed along the Venetian lagoon to Murano, famous for its glassware. During the visit you'll explore shops, factories and watch the skilled glass-blowers as they create works of art. You'll also have time to visit a museum showcasing the world-famous Murano glass. Re-board your motor boat you'll journey to the island of Burano to admire picturesque fishermen's houses painted in bright pastel colors, and, of course, the famous lace. You can visit a museum dedicated to the craft of lace, and purchase the beautiful lace at local shops. The last island stop is Torcello, the earliest center of civilization in the Venetian lagoon. You'll see the cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta, founded in the 7th century, and the excavated remains of the circular baptistery in the church of Santa Fosca. Next day , its time to depart with happy memories.
